Adult Mental Health First Aid

The Adult Mental Health First Aid Training is designed to help participants identify, understand, and respond to the signs of mental health and substance use challenges while developing the skills needed to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis.
This evidence-based training increases awareness, reduces stigma, and equips individuals with practical tools to respond with confidence, compassion, and care. Participants will learn how to recognize common signs and symptoms, offer appropriate support, and connect individuals with professional resources when needed. Please note that only one class session is required to receive certification.
