Adult Mental Health First Aid Training
The Adult Mental Health First Aid Training is designed to help participants identify, understand, and respond to the signs of mental health and substance use challenges while developing the skills needed to provide initial support to someone experiencing a mental health crisis.
This evidence-based training increases awareness, reduces stigma, and equips individuals with practical tools to respond with confidence, compassion, and care.
